Calm House Hotel Hoi An

Do not book the dorm room it is infested with beg bugs! We arrived quite late and we were welcomed warmly by Flowers which is lovely but within 10 minutes we quickly found out that the beds are full of bed bugs. I read the past reviews and 1 & 2 years ago people mention bed bugs and that they didn’t think they will fix it and can confirm they haven’t. I understand it can happen in a hostel but letting people book whilst you know is wrong. Had to find a new place in the middle of the night

Je dormais dans le dortoir de 6 lits et il y avait des punaises de lit dans mon lit, quand je l’ai dit au personnel elles n’avaient pas l’air vraiment inquiètes Je m’attendais à un geste commercial de leur part, peut-être au moins me rembourser la nuit durant laquelle je n’ai pas dormi car j’avais découvert les punaises dans mon lit, où me proposer de payer les produits pour désinfecter mes affaire mais non. Hormis ça j’ai été bien accueilli pendant le début du séjour, les dames de l’accueil m’ont conseillé des activités et étaient gentilles, je m’attendais simplement à plus de réaction de leur part concernant les punaises de lit.

Bon hôtel, calme et apaisant. Mais il y a des punaises de lit dans le dortoir…

Ein sehr ruhiges und angenehmes Hostel eher am Rand von Hoi An. Gratis Wasser gibt es. Wir hatten leider Bettwanzen, aber dafür wurde eine gute Lösung gefunden

We enjoyed our stay at calm house and was a brilliant location and the staff were mostly fantastic and very helpful although the owner was a tad creepy with my friend. I know he was just having banter with her but once you keep going on and making jokes it really made her feel uncomfortable. I thought this hostel was very clean, however I was very wrong, I ended up getting bed bugs. When I told the staff they were apologetic but I don’t think it will be dealt with correctly. Don’t recommend here
