There were bed bugs in my bed, as well the beds were not comfortable aside from that. Staff were nice though and refunded.

My overall experience here was disappointing, despite really wanting to like this place. To start with the positives, the concept and some of the facilities have potential. However, in practice, several aspects made the stay uncomfortable. The location was less convenient than expected. It's in a Not a central location. Nearest exit has no elevator, so it took around 12–20 minutes on foot from the nearest station, and with luggage this felt quite long, especially after a full day of travel. The room itself was not very comfortable. Ventilation felt limited, and the air sometimes felt heavy, making it difficult to fully relax. The beds were also quite firm, which may not suit everyone. What concerned me most, however, was the hygiene. During my stay, I noticed some issues around the bedding and sleeping area that raised concerns, including what appeared to be possible signs of bed bugs. I cannot confirm this with certainty, but it was enough to make it difficult to feel at ease or sleep comfortably, and it was a significant source of stress during my stay. Shared facilities such as bathrooms were also limited, which led to waiting times during busy hours.

It was okay to stay here if it wasn’t for the bed bugs really. The location was very convenient. The rooms were ok, beds not great but alright. The room kinda smelled and the shower room was very mid. I’ve seen much better ones in Japan. At first the staff was alright but after I mentioned the bed bugs I notice they really were not taking it seriously. It didn’t come as a surprise either. They gave me a spray and asked if I wanted to clean my bed with it. I was honestly flabbergasted how lightly they were taking the problem. Even asking me to clean my own bed while it’s really their responsibility to keep things clean. They asked if I wanted to change rooms but a guest from the 2nd Floor had it waaay worse, so it wouldn’t solve the problem. Then I asked to cancel my nights cause I was supposed to stay 6 nights. At first they said I had to pay for 4 nights which is ridiculous since they are not able to solve the problem for me, leaving me no choice but to cancel. I’m not gonna sleep there with bed bugs obviously. But after argueing I did get the other nights refunded. I’m just disappointed they took the problem so lightly, which is what concerns me, cause then the bug problem won’t go away. I feel like they don’t understand that I you had them once (they had it a year ago) you will need some serious cleaning and freeze everything. Otherwise it’s never gonna go away

It’s a very nice hostel in a very nice location. There’s really no social space to talk or meet people in so unfortunately the given reason what expected to stay in a hostel in wasn’t there. The showers are nice and the bathroom facilities were clean. The rooms. I know it’s not staffs fault. Got pretty grimy but that’s just how people are. There were bed bugs in my bed. Staff quickly cleaned the room and even put bite cream on me daily.
