Terrible experience, they have bedbugs in the hostel! Also didn’t get my all money back after we realized there were bedbugs in our beds at 12 am in the evening

A fuir !!!! Il y a des punaises de lit !! BEDBUGS !!! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel en revanche la chambre sentait mauvais, nous n'avions pas de lumière dans les douches ni de clé pour les chambres donc pas rassurant. Au moment de se coucher nous avons vu trois punaises de lit et sommes donc parti en courant de cet hostel. Il nous ont remboursé mais on fait comme si ils n'étaient pas au courant... merci pour cette nuit dans la rue car bien sur il est difficile de trouver un hotel à 1 heure du matin...

Bed bugs here, I woke up with bites all over my body

Don't stay here theres bed bugs and the owner will say you bought it in!! Disgusting treatment to paid guests who experience waking up to bed bugs!! Room was stinky and dirty and I got bed bug bites and found a bed beg from the bed I was on. Also bed was uncomfortable...bathrooms dirty. When i told them about the bed bugs the volunteer tried helping but the owner never came to speak to me about it was a horrible experience!! And the owner will reply to your hostelworld review denying they have bed bugs and making a joke of it 🤢

room was dirty, unfortunately had bed bugs during my stay, volunteer was nice and tried helping but the owner was nowhere to be found to handle the matter.... not a pleasant stay
