Vibe Analysis
The six-acre garden is the main event at Old Parkland Hostel: fruit trees, spices, medicinal plants, fireflies, monitor lizards, mongoose sightings, and a river behind a historic family house. It gives the place a quiet, green, almost homestay feel rather than a standard dorm stop. Pinidu often gives a walk through the garden and house, with plenty of plant, food, and local culture detail.
