The airport can be very near by taxi, while walking there can be awkward after dark because routes may involve underpasses, closed pedestrian access, side roads, or dark rural tracks. The strongest practical perks are the spotless rooms, comfortable beds, towels, lockers, helpful staff, and early simple breakfast bags for airport runs. Some dorm beds have curtains and some do not, and big dorm layouts can feel tight, especially when bunks sit close together. The beer garden and outdoor area are the main social piece, with occasional live music or party energy, but this is not a guaranteed meet-people machine. It can also swing the other way: loud dorm phone calls, snoring, late lights, and events running until midnight can make sleep less predictable. Food setup is limited. There is no proper shared kitchen for short-stay travelers; expect microwave-level cooking, simple packaged breakfast, beer, and staff help with pizza or basic food options when available.
