Duque Nest Hostel
Bed bug reports

I thought the hostel was great during my stay. Great location and good atmosphere. The only concern I had, was another hostel turned away my friend who had stayed here, as they said Duque Nest had a bed bug infestation…. This obviously concerned me but I checked out the day I found out. I know a few people were bitten but we assumed they were general bug bites. Strange for other hostels to know about this but no one in the hostel. Can’t say it was completely true, but concerning nonetheless.

Not really a Hostel to socialize. I wouldnt recommend going there if you are travelling alone. The staff was more or less friendly however it didnt have a typical Hostel vibe. Its basicly just a cheap Hotel. There was no AC and the ventilator also didnt work and the room was still very hot in the night. ! Also one important thing to keep in mind: the Nest Hostels seem to be blacklisted from almost every other Hostel (because they had problems with bedbugs). So changing the Hostel isnt possible.
