    No hot water and not really all that clean. Outside noise was so loud you can barely sleep through it. Also we were pressured into writing a positive review before we left/ check out with them hovering over you which made me very uncomfortable. Was fine for a night but wouldn't stay here again

    Property was lovely we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi the host really cares about guests well-being by giving lots of recommendations and helping with anything!! Only criticism was the host was very persistent that we left a review before leaving and watched over my shoulder as I did it. I would leave 5 stars regardless but felt a bit pressured at the time.
