La atención estupenda, todos muy amables y atentos. Pero hay que decir que las camas tienen chinches, en una noche encontré dos. Son conocedores de la situación pero no hacen nada, solo te cambian de habitación. No hay suficientes duchas para la cantidad de gente que pueden llegar a alojarse.

It is very far from anything. Beds are a mess and someone had bedbugs. Toilets didn't have seats and bathrooms were not clearly labeled. I could not find them on my first day. Hot water pressure is not a thing. And the fire alarm was making a constant ringing noise.

BED BUGS!!! the hostel is in the middle of no where, an hour bus ride from any part of marseille that’s worth seeing. getting to the hostel by metro was sketchy and then we still had to walk 20 min. to top it off my bed had bed bugs. when i went down to tell the staff they didn’t believe me. when i showed them photos they finally came up to look. they stripped the bed and moved me to a different room. no apologies and they didn’t let the other people in the room know. would never stay here again

BED BUGS!!!!! this was the worst hostel i‘ve ever stayed in. they knew about their bed bug problem and didn’t care. some others and i had to sleep on the floor. besides that the facility was bad in general. showers only cold. smell in the bathrooms. breakfast was poor.

!!! BEDBUGS !!! This place was horror- the worst hostel I‘ve ever stayed at and I don’t even know where to start. Receptionist was unfriendly and not helpful. Kitchen was unusable at lunch time and from 8:45 because the gas will be turned off. Everything is dirty and sticky. There are bedbugs everywhere and the new manager knows of this but doesn’t do anything. The whole team there plays a game of lying to the guests when they arrive. Hostel is far out of town but I didn’t feel safe. Never again

Very far from the city centre, staff were hit and miss when it came to helpfulness and being polite. They host a lot of large groups which takes away from the atmosphere. My last night there someone had taken my bed, staff told me not to worry about it ensuring me that most of the beds had bed bugs so it was in my best interest not to sleep in a bed.
