   I arrived during check in hours, but the door was locked and the code I was provided did not work. I could not get in contact with the hostel for multiple hours and had to eventually find another accomodation, after already paying for this one. No replies to messages, emails etc, no refund, nothing.

   Great you get own shower. Location is good, close to montmartre. Owner friendly at time, very little responsive when asked for assistance. Entered in my room without permission taking one mattress, which if I would have come with a friend would have been a problem since the booking stated 2 people. After all a good staying as it allowed me to see París for first time without having to spend millions (in accommodation at least).

   Mit Abstand die schlimmste Hostel-Erfahrung, die wir je hatten. Der Besitzer „Markus“ war extrem aggressiv, hat uns angeschrien, respektlos behandelt und uns mitten in der Nacht trotz gültiger Buchung aus dem Hostel geworfen. Wir standen plötzlich nachts ohne Unterkunft in Paris da. Danach wurden unsere E-Mails ignoriert und Markus hat uns sogar auf WhatsApp blockiert, damit er das Geld für die nicht genutzten Nächte nicht zurückzahlen muss. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung, keine Entschuldigung

   Avoid Kiez Hostel. From 11 PM to 2:30 AM, the owner hosted a loud party below the rooms. When I asked him to lower the music for my early flight, he became hostile, told me threatened to play it louder to punish me. I had to involve the police. The room was terrible: no soap, one towel for two people, broken heating, and a heavy smoke smell. The owner was drunk and unprofessional. Save your money and stay somewhere safe where the staff doesn’t intentionally harass guests.

   1 ⭐ rating – Worst hostel ever, avoid! Room had bed bugs, we slept on towels to avoid bites. Staff entered our room telling us to leave, when it wasn’t our check out date. DIDN’T KNOCK. making us feel unsafe. Bookings weren’t recorded, charges calculated in their head, and a fire alarm went off at night with no explanation. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Stay anywhere else – this place is a disaster.
