Casa Quixote

A localização era boa. Tivemos uma péssima experiência. Durante minha estadia, encontrei bichos na cama que aparentam ser percevejos-de-cama. A situação foi bastante desagradável e, principalmente, porque estamos com várias picadas pelo corpo, e deixa a situação preocupante em relação à falta de higiene e limpeza e à possibilidade de levar esses insetos comigo para casa. Uma acomodação pode ser simples, mas encontrar percevejos na cama e sair da estadia com picadas é algo sério e que deve ser tratado imediatamente pela administração. Não recomendamos a estadia até que esses problemas sejam devidamente resolvidos.

Lo que más me gustó fue encontrarme chinches el primer día No sabría enumerar todas las carencias y la falta de higiene que tiene ese zulo. Lo único bueno que había era la dependienta que hablaba un poquito de español e intentó en todo momento ayudarnos

I did not expect much for the good low price, but was still dissapointed. No lockers was a big minus, the reception was not manned enough, worst of all I got bed bugs from this hostel. Location is pretty great.

SPOILER ALERT: BEG BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE. - first of all I booked 5 beds in a 5 bed dorm to essentially give my group (4 people) a private dorm. We were brought to a fully booked 7 bed dorm. They said this was a known problem in their system they could not fix. - Room was on top floor, super hot (no wonder there was bed bugs in there) - once in bed we immediately started getting bit up by bugs. - tried to contact the hostel in middle of the night, no one was at reception, there was no emergency number.

O quarto não estava em condições para receber pessoas, as camas não demonstravam higiene e cuidado, não pareciam estar feitas de lavado, assim como o colchão era confortável. A luz do quarto fora substituída por pequenos candeeiros uma vez que a luz principal estava estragada. Na manhã do dia seguinte reparamos que uma das camas tinha percevejos e os lençóis das camas tinham pequenas manchas de sangue.

A localização não é má. Não gostei de todo da falta de limpeza, falta de condições e de ter bichos (percevejos) nas camas. Por fim, no último dia nem luz tínhamos o q resultou em falta de água quente para os banhos.

Não gostei de nada pois é um alongamento sem cuidados básicos de higiene e segurança para as pessoas pondo em risco a saúde mental e física dos clientes Havia percevejos, uma contaminação que pode levar a lesão dos clientes, havia pessoas ou moradores a fumarem estupefacientes colocando em risco a saúde de outros a volta, não tem sistema de atendimento para resolver situações problemáticas.

Só dos funcionários! A cama que eu dormi tem percevejo. Tive a pior experiência da minha vida. Poderia continuar falando muitas coisas. Mas não fale apena.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Looks pretty and the location is good unfortunately big problems that are not worth it. CAREFUL! Please read! Staff was rude, stressed and disorganized from the moment of check in… seems like a living place for staff, guests are not welcome. You are not given a key, need to use a code - the code given in the email and by the staff didnt work, door didnt open. Unfortunately SPENT ALL NIGHT OUTSIDE because could not get in any other way - even asked multiple people that passed in the street to try that code which nobody could make it work, it’s a fraud. Called and texted the contact given, multiple times, to please open the door, give me a solution. I had to knock the door until 7 am when another guest finally opened for me. The day after, the owners/staff saw my calls and messages on whatsapp, nobody said anything, there was not even an acknowledgement or apology. There is ONLY ONE BATHROOM/TOILET for the whole hotel, which was dirty and without toilet paper the entire time. I’m full of bites since I laid on that bed that morning and unfortunately it was proven it was BED BUGS!!!! Looks pretty and cheap, well located, was really looking forward, definitely not worth it, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
