The staff would reply to the messages soon, there were sufficient shower rooms and toilets, there was a laundry and dryer, the beds had chargers and lights in really great positions. There were bed bugs. I found dead bugs on the bed, then changed beds. Another person got my old bed (the one with the dead bugs). In the morning, my old bed was crawling with live bugs. Some even got onto my belongings. I had to wash and dry everything again in the morning, delaying my schedule. Thankfully I made it to my next stop on time. The sanitation is not good at all.

I do like privacy cube style albergues. They give you door code but it not work all night. You must be back before 11pm. Another thing I woke up with 10 bites in my legs, bed bugs beware.

The beds can feel spacious and stable, with blackout-style privacy once the curtain is closed. The location is practical for arrival and departure, especially by train, with supermarkets, bars, an ATM, and Camino access nearby. It is not right in the old-town social core, and the Camino route or center may take around 10-15 minutes on foot depending on where you are heading. Staff may offer useful route guidance back to the Camino. There is a modest kitchen with cooking basics, a fridge, sink, and cooktop, plus common seating that can work for meeting other pilgrims. Laundry may be available, including a washing machine and dryer, though drying space can be awkward and there may be no outdoor area for wet clothes. This is more of a practical capsule albergue than a guaranteed social base. Cleanliness and comfort are uneven: the bunks and rooms can feel tidy, but bathrooms, kitchen areas, smells, paper or disposable sheets, and noise control have all been real weak spots.
