Reef Haven

A mostly local, women-led dive crew gives Reef Haven its shape: upbeat, personal, hands-on, and very much built around the water. It sits by Muelle Port in Puerto Galera, away from the heavier Sabang dive-shop strip, with quick boat access to nearby sites and Verde Island trips that can turn into full boat days with lunch, music, beers, swims, and sunset energy. The diving setup is the main event. Training ranges from Discover Scuba and Open Water through Advanced, Rescue, Nitrox, and Divemaster work, with instructors like Julienne, Trish, Luisa, Rose, and others coming through as patient, safety-focused, and fun. Beginners can feel properly coached rather than processed, while experienced divers get macro spotting, drift dives, wrecks, night dives, current dives, turtles, nudibranchs, frogfish, thresher shark sightings, coral, and Verde Island intensity. Ocean Brew sits above or beside the dive operation, adding coffee, a bar, food, and a hangout zone to the whole setup. That changes the rhythm: Reef Haven can feel less like a transaction desk and more like a dive base where people linger between dives, sort logistics, meet other travelers, and end up part of the same boat crew for a few days.
