Toh Aka Inn

I realised after payment on review on Google that have problem with bed bugs, so I not came here, but they not give me refund, I thinking that not make care, just take the money and it's all.

It had bedbugs. We found bedbugs in two of the four beds, we told the staff and they were helpful. Offered to refund us for our first night stay and moved us to love linn hostel which is under the same management for our other two nights. However, when we got there and asked for our refund they said they won’t give us our refund until we leave a good review and show them. Shocking! The management need to stop blackmailing people into leaving good reviews. I wouldn’t reccomend either hostel.

… it had BED BUGS!!! After I got bitten a few times before going to sleep I found one crawling underneath the blanket. The owner reacted nicely over text message (WhatsApp) as there is never no personal contact/no reception, it‘s all self check in. However, the promised ‚deep clean‘ (however that might have looked like) never happened as far as I can witness. The other dorm was also supposed to have had one but no one was there. I do not recommend this hostel despite how nice it seems as the bed bugs issue does not to seem to be taken seriously.

Heads up- there were bed bugs March 2026. If they address that issue than this would be a nice place to stay. The location is great and I found the staff very friendly and welcoming.
