Easy Hostel

The worst hostel experience of my life. There is no check in are, you just walk in straight off the street to the room. I was woken up at 8am by the owners asking for my passport and money to pay. I had bed bug bites all over my face after leaving. The shower and toilets are gross and the room is really squashed. Absolutely hated staying here.

Great location and nice staff. Very chill vibe at this place but the bedbugs….

WORST HOSTEL ON OUR TRAVEL!!! In the first night, we found bed bugs in all of our 3 beds and didn’t sleep the whole night. While it’s not the hostels fault that there are bed bugs, it is the hostels fault they did not care about them!!! Our beds were “cleaned” but two nights after that, I found 10(!!!) Bedbugs in my bed and had another horror night. The manager is never at the hostel, there is no reception and you are dependent on him answering your messages when you have a problem, which he doesn’t do if he doesn’t want to. Our stay there was extremely exhausting and I left the hostel early, it is completely irresponsible not to take care of the bed bugs professionally! My request to not only change the bed sheets but also remove the eggs was ignored :( The ladys at the hostels were very nice and polite and I feel sorry for them, because it shouldn’t be their responsibility to exterminate the bed bugs but a professional’s. All in all the worst hostel I ever stayed in, DO NOT RECOMMEND:(

Don’t go there!! BEDBUGS, cockroaches and an owner who is only interested in good reviews and decides which problems he’ll answer and which not. We (3 girls) booked Easy hostel for 5 nights because of the good reviews. In our first night we saw seven bedbugs and some cockroaches. We were disgusted and spend the night outside waiting for the owner to answer (a man who stayed also in the hostel told us that he had answered him all night). In the morning the answer was that we have to deal with that over booking. So we did that, but the whole day, the owner wrote me every 20 min, even though he’d told us he can’t do anything, only booking. It was really confusing and stressful, he told us that he will take care of the bedbugs but each night it got worse, so we decided to contact him to get some discount or anything or maybe just to get an apology, but NOTHING, so we decided to write a bad review to warn everyone. Besides the bedbugs, the lady in the hostel was really nice but didn’t had the authority, I’m sorry for her :/
