   Terrible experience. We got there on Friday with reservations and they turned us away. The lady at the front was super rude. I have been contacting them without a response they haven’t reimbursed me. They stole from me never got my money back DO NOT STAY HERE!

   I booked two nights because it had a cancellation option. I changed hotels, and they still charged me for both nights. I wrote to them, and they said they would refund my money, but despite writing to them several times, they never did. They're scammers.

   I’m the guy that had 2000 euro stolen at this location now the owner says I told him I wasn’t sure where it happened (the lobby) and when it happened ( 10.04.2025 between 7:45 -09 :45 pm and when I discussed with him and told him to check the cameras of a specific area in his hostel and I even told him the time when it happened and he is now claiming I didn’t tell him that’s a lie cause I did tell him …..I called multiple times and he never bothered to help. I callled him and texted him on multiple occasions but he ignored me. If you guys wanna believe them over me that’s up to you but what would I gain by lying my money is already gone so what you do with this info is up to you the only reason I responded again is because they said things about me that weren’t true!

So if u go there just be aware of your money cause once it’s stolen nobody is going to help you unless you call the police!

   No security. Never did see the staff. Capsules can be broken into easily, and one of my friends was broken into 3 times in the night. Definitely not a place for solo females, and only for others if you like to smoke weed and don’t mind zero security.

   My capsule lock was broken both on the inside and outside. The screws popped off on the inner lock. In theory very cool and great location but it didn’t feel safe
