Booked this online in advance- arrived at property , no one at reception. At arrival some people staying at the hostel told us not to go in- cockroaches and bed bugs- super unclean apparently they don’t wash the bed sheets. Dodgy area- unsafe for women! Texted lady to explain why we left, we apologised. Then got met with aggressive texts “Are you stupid” “Are you crazy” instead of understanding of the situation. No one should treat customers this way.DO NOT give these people your money
