Cactus Host

Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely small, cramped, and had a bad smell. No cleaning was done during my 3-night stay. Bed sheets and pillow were dirty, and there were even bed bugs. The bed is very uncomfortable and could seriously hurt your back. No lockers were provided, and there was only one power socket, already used by a lamp, so I couldn’t charge my phone. The room also did not match the pictures shown online. Would not recommend.

BEDBUGS!!!!!! I woke up to bed bugs crawling and biting all over my body! When we told the staff they moved us to another location. We spent a fortune and our last day of vacation washing all our clothes at a Laundromat nearby. We asked them to reimburse our stay and pay for our laundry and they hesitated to agree. Do not stay here!

BEG BUGS !!!!! Do not stay here under any circumstances!!! Staying here will ruin your holiday and your confidence. I had to troll through reviews before I confirmed they have had a bed bug situation for some time!!! I don't wish this experience on anyone. They clearly do not care as they have ignored all communication since I mentioned bed bugs. I spent a fortune washing my clothes, buying a new suitcase and more. I was due to continue meet my boyfriend in another city and continue travelling but was too nervous he might bring it home with him as I was meant to meet him the day I realised what was wrong with me. I am covered in bites. I can't be in the sun for the rest of my trip as the bites can cause pigmentation. I am constantly hiding my arms and legs for fear someone will see what's wrong with them. All I want is an apology and a refund. They refuse to give me either.

Chinches. Un peor hotel en el que he estado nunca. Estaba lleno de chinches que me hicieron entre otras cosas acabar en el hospital hasta en 2 ocasiones. Finalmente nos tuvieron que reubicar pero fuera de eso, se han limpiado las manos. Vergonzoso.
