On Vacation Amazon is a wooden, jungle-surrounded hotel-style stay where the setting does most of the heavy lifting: balconies toward the greenery, pools, big Amazon atmosphere, and a chance to disconnect for real. The strongest stays liked the landscape, the nature immersion, the pools, friendly dining/bar staff, and the biopark experience. This is not a frictionless resort bubble. The same evidence points to limited connectivity, paid or restricted internet, pricey in-house tours, low lighting, insects, and several serious recent complaints about rodents in rooms. Treat it as a nature-heavy base with big scenery and big practical tradeoffs.
