Ibiza House Phi Phi

We all had bed bugs, beds have no curtains and no lockers for your belongings. Music goes on til 4am every night so if you want to go to bed before then don’t bother. Would not recommend

They charged me as a no show even though I stayed in the hostel. The toilets were filthy and never cleaned the men used all the female toilets and the beds were vibrating to the music, also vile dirty bed sheets some rooms had bed bugs

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the pier, so be prepared for a bit of a trek on hot days. Fortunately, a hotel staff member will assist with your luggage upon disembarking from the ferry, and this service is provided at no extra charge. However, the rooms did not meet expectations, particularly due to the very small bathrooms. The major issue, though, is the presence of bed bugs. Although my trip has ended, I'm still dealing with the aftermath of bed bug bites. Because of this, I cannot recommend this hotel. Additionally, the staff who serve breakfast were notably rude—an unfortunate exception in Thailand, where I generally experienced excellent service, except for a few Bangkok cab drivers.

So first thing I’ll say is on my first night I got bit by bed bugs! For a slightly more expensive hostel this is disappointing. The pool is great and has a nice atmosphere in frontthe day time. However, recently my friend had her bag stolen and the camera facing that direction were broken! Don’t expect to get any sleep, no matter where you stay here you’ll be up all night, especially if you are a light sleeper. The location is great, and it’s right on top of the beach. The sea here is also gross

Awful do not stay here we had bed bugs in all of our beds as soon as we got in the room we hadnt even put our bags down and went straight to reception and they said all they could do was 'upgrade us' from a 4 bed dorm to an 8 bed dorm and when we went there they also had bed bugs and they wouldnt give us a refund staff is extremely rude

horrible place to stay. bed bugs in dorms, everyone is sick vomiting or in the hospital. no one is helpful and they charge you for stuff that are missing. I would give 0. Don’t book here

Please be careful about bed bugs in the dorm rooms here. Management doesnt care to address this issue despite informing them about the same.
