Sabai House

We unfortunately didnt have a lot of options during booking of the hotels at Ko phi phi and ended up booking with this place. Its unfortunate that i have to give negative feedbacks foe this place but i am giving 2 stars since the staff were so pleasant and they did their best to provide serivce to put our comfort first. The hostel itself was dirty, out-dated and small. The first room had bedbugs and the second room's shower did not work properly. After a long trip we were tired and wanted to just hower and rest but we kept on moving rooms which was slightly frustrating. They got the shower somewhat fixed for the night and provided us a better room the next day which was fine. The staff were very nice and patient throughout the process - really appreciated their service. Location wise, it is slightly far from the pier (about 20 min walk) but its right on the strip so it was no problem getting around.

Leider eine absolute Frechheit! Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss besitzen kein Fenster, im Bad schimmelte großflächig die Decke. Der Schimmel war deutlich zu riechen, so dass das Schlafen schwer fiel. Zusätzlich fanden wir in unseren Betten Bettwanzen. Man kann froh sein wenn man die Nacht ohne körperliche Schäden in diesem Bunker übersteht!

BED BUGS!!! Bugs and mold everywhere. don't stay here!! If you say there's bugs they won't give you another room. Horrible Sexist service.
