Do not go there, beds are full of bedbugs

Terrible!! So many bedbugs, my whole body was full of bites! I asked the staff to clean my bed and change the bedding and it didn’t happen. Toilet inside the room really small and if you try to sleep you will shine by the light of the toilet. I couldn’t stayed at the hostel as well because it was so hot in the first floor, just two tiny sofas with 2 fans there. Sorry I haven’t learned any language. Do not take it.

First of all, the photos shown are fake. I stayed in mixed dorm. I booked for four nights but can stay only two nights. Beds are filled with bedbugs , so itchy at night. The curtain strings are made of foldable metal and are untidy, so they could potentially scratch or cut you. Toilet is foul smelling. The ceiling and wall have black mold. They may tell you like "It's very cheap dorm . So, you get what you pay". 😂 But, the point is that they are very normalizing low quality and low standard and lack of willingness to improve. Their location is quite good. I wish them to improve in the future and have good service mindedness for their customers.

Hostel had a weird smell in the lobby and the rooms. Location is not ideal, is not close to attractions in district one. Staff knew nothing of the advertised free student tour that is listed on booking websites. Room also had bedbugs and the sheets were dirty.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! Stole my money for a whole week and never refunded!! Worst people I have ever met in my life…booked the accomodation through Airbnb. Completely different pictures. When I arrived they told me that I have been scammed (but they are the scammers) and offered me to stay at this place. Since I was tired from all the travels I said ok and booked for 2 days. This place was part of the scam, the rooms are horrible, beds are full of Bedbugs, mold and pests and very dirty. There was a rat in the kitchen. Checked out after 2 days but they took money for the whole week. When I asked for my money they got super aggressive and eventually never paid me back! This was a complete nightmare

El hostel está en una muy buena localización, alejado lo suficiente de la locura de Bui Vien, y el personal de recepción muy amable y atento. El problema son los estándares de limpieza de las habitaciones, que dejan mucho que desear… Tuve compañeros de habitación que se los comieron los bed bugs!!! Las camas son muy viejas y llenas de chinches y el AC está a mucha temperatura casi que ni se nota al entrar en la habitación. Nada recomendable sabiendo que hay opciones igual de precio con mejores condiciones.

Do not stay here! Rooms were really disgusting and beds were filled with bed bug stains. My friend got bit by a tick overnight, I was lucky that I didn’t get any bed bugs. Most of the people staying there were older local men, I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable as my friend and I were the only young females.

Horrendous experience! This hostel is a complete disaster. Bed bugs feasted on us, and the place was disgustingly dirty. Avoid at all costs – it's a nightmare waiting to happen!

Do not stay here. We checked into our room and there were live bedbugs in/on the pillows. AVOID.

there is no staff at reception at most of the time, no cleanliness, I have bitten by bedbugs. No, hostel vibes at all.
