The strongest thing here is the hands-on hosting: Lorna, Markeem, and Dr. McKay help with local directions, transport options, restaurant tips, tour help, airport or bus-station rides, and small practical fixes like extra fans, toiletries, or a lower bunk when needed. The place is simple and clean rather than flashy. Beds are generally comfortable, hot showers are available, and there is free drinking water, coffee, and tea.
