A disastrous experience. The hostel is unsanitary: the mattress was in a deplorable state, the premises are dilapidated, and room 114 was infested with bed bugs. Some staff members were unpleasant. I had to leave the establishment after the very first night, even though I had planned to stay for a week. I requested a refund—which had actually been promised to me via email—but I never received it. The staff actively tries to suppress criticism by making false promises, all to avoid negative reviews. I stayed few hours at day time before my flight. This was in June. I have not seen any bed bugs and towel and bed linen was clean. I was on top floor and the room had plenty fresh air. I plan to stay again and I hope there will be no bed bugs everyone write about. Toilets and showers do indeed need cleaning. I hope they have fans available for hot months. I did not have one. I will stay again though as I not had any problems and room was clean. I hope there are no bed bugs or other bugs next time though - as everyone keep complain about these- I not have seen though. And I hope they higher a good cleaner because bathroom and toilets indeed need good clean every day.
