Except location, nothing was good about the place. The service is worse. Food is of very poor quality and prices are very high. We stayed in the basement where the ventilation was a major concern. We were unable to sleep due to suffocation. If you are planning to stay there please do not even think of coming. We ordered some drinks didn't got the drinks even after ordering and no refund even after asking for it. There is not an option for minus rating my ratings for this stay is -1/5

review because it's seems FAKE
No restaurant...or I think restaurant was closed in afternoon....doesn't t seems to be the right way I have been asked to delete the review because it's seems FAKE to the team. But I enquired on Saturday 17th June 2023, afternoon for restaurant. I was answered it's closed. I had mu lunch just adjecent to the same. It's OK if you don't have restaurant.

Upon entering the room, cockroaches were waiting to greet us, followed by dirty blankets and stained pillows. Please dont go by the reviews provided by people, it looks like these all are fake reviews. When it came to customer service, the front desk staff was the least bothered by the guest requests and would mock you if you provided any sort of feedback. Location was good but rooms were stinking.

The location was amazing, rest everything I didn’t like at all. I have stayed in multiple hostellers in multiple locations but this isn’t well maintained. The rooms smells idk why, there was no signal and no wifi working. And when there was no network in our phone and no wifi working in the hostel itself, they wanted us to order food using their app, idk how? Really disappointed Edit: Posting it here again, the booking was done by my sister let me know if you need the proofs. We are sharing our genuine feedback here, nobody has such spare time to put a fake bad review. It really wasn’t a great experience. I have been to multiple hostellers but this time It wasn’t a great experience

Vibe Analysis
The mountain view is the main event here: balconies, rooms, the library, and rooftop areas can look straight out toward the hills, with sunrise doing a lot of the heavy lifting. The setting feels green, quiet, and a bit away from the busier tourist churn. This is more of a chilled Kufri base than a full-throttle party hostel. There is space to relax, hang out, play pool or foosball, and meet other travelers in the common areas without the whole place feeling hectic. Rooms and bathrooms seem generally clean and well kept, with friendly staff as a real strength. The cafe food lands well, though the menu can be limited and morning service may run slow. Nearby trips to places like Hatu Peak, Mashobra, and Mall Road may be possible through the hostel team.
