Guest report Booking.com
Nothing, staff appeared nice, when we found bed bugs on both of our beds we said we were unable to stay there. She seemed sorry and said she would approve the refund once booking.com requested it. However she declined it and said we were lying when we have video evidence and she saw the bugs in the bed too. Very disappointing and we have still not received our refund

Decent but I found a bedbug in one of the beds and asked to move, they did let me but didn’t seem bothered by the fact there was a bedbug at all so maybe they have them often
