One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Stayed at Hotel Ballerina, Tinsukia expecting a decent and hygienic room, but instead found BEDBUGS all over the bed. The entire night was horrible — itching, discomfort, and no proper sleep at all.A hotel charging guests money should at least maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. This is not just uncomfortable, it is a serious health and sanitation issue. Completely disappointed and disgusted with the management. I would strongly advise travellers and families to avoid this hotel unless they want to ruin their trip and spend the night dealing with bedbugs instead of resting.
