Full reviewLADRONES!!! Totalmente una experiencia desagradable y un verdadero robo. Por motivos logísticos llegué de madrugada a este hotel, con cinco noches ya reservadas y pagadas. Al llegar, me informaron de manera prepotente y altanera que por haber llegado tarde habían cancelado no solo la primera noche, sino todas las noches restantes de mi estancia. Les indiqué que podía comprender la pérdida de la primera noche, pero que el resto estaba pagado y debía respetarse. Aun así, se negaron rotundamente y me dijeron que debía resolverlo con mi proveedor de reservas. Al contactar al proveedor, me confirmaron que el hotel se negó expresamente a respetar la reservación, lo que evidencia la mentira y mala fe de este establecimiento. Investigando un poco más, descubrí que esta es una práctica común de este hotel: engañar a los huéspedes y quedarse con el dinero. Ni se les ocurra considerar este lugar como opción para su estancia en Atenas. En tan solo unos minutos que estuve allí mientras resolvía mi hospedaje, pude notar que las instalaciones son pésimas, la atención deplorable, la recepción descuidada y las áreas comunes en muy mal estado. Si así está lo “visible”, no quiero imaginar el estado de las habitaciones, que además ya he confirmado en otras reseñas: sucias y de horror. Un verdadero fraude. Lamento profundamente que en un país tan bello existan empresas timadoras como este hotel.

Full reviewThis place is scary. The kind of people that come here I had to leave a day earlier, I did not feel safe at all. They also took a copy of my credit card I don't know why they needed that when I sent my details online and the payment was processed. They can easily use my details for a a fraudulent transaction I hope they don't.
