J-Hoppers Kumano Yunomine Guesthouse

I just couldn't in good conscious not leave a review, but I checked in and the staff was so nice and showed me around. I went out for a few hours to hike and then came back to get settled but then I saw this bed bug. I have a huge fear of bed bugs so I reported it and the staff member said others have raised it before but they cant do much about it and they do their best to clean. They tried to help me find a place, refunded me, and even drove me to the next hotel (I could not stay here) which was very kind but a huge bummer for me. Do what you want with this information but at least I can feel better about myself.
