NAIA Miraflores Lima is a central Miraflores base with a polished cafe-bar skin and a less predictable hostel core. Kennedy Park, restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee are close, breakfast is a real strength, and the front-of-house spaces can look good: cafe, bar, restaurant, big kitchen, plus occasional live-show energy.
