Confirmed Hostelworld
reserved a female dorm but got put into a mixed one - my bed had bed bugs so I asked to change rooms they kindly agreed but didn't want to admit to the fact that the bed bugs was their problem...bathrooms not practical and unclean and difficult to meet other travelers
