The staff here are 10/10—incredibly kind and helpful. The common areas and bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, I found a bed bug in my bunk. I was staying in the female dorm. I informed the staff and they handled it professionally, but I’m sharing this so other travelers can be vigilant with their gear, since I had to spend time and money deep cleaning all my stuff after I left. I hope the management can do a deep treatment of the mattresses soon.
