First of all, the reason we canceled our booking was the (dead) bedbugs we found. The manager said they will take it seriously and clean everything, but according to reviews on Booking, they already had this issue before. Cleanliness is not great, but the mold, especially in the bathroom, is more concerning. Lastly, it took some time to find, as the Google Maps location is a bit off. Look for a reception in a corner house.
