Woke up to a bed bug crawling near my face. Manager was awful & tried gaslighting us that there weren’t any bed bugs even after I should him pictures & videos. He didn’t want to give us a refund & insisted we pay for the entire stay. I’ve never left bad review, but this place deserves it.
