Vibe Analysis
The old mansion is the main draw here: a preserved, rustic casarão with antique decor and a bit of Chapada garimpo-era character. It can feel charming, spacious, simple, and very central, with easy walking access around Andaraí. The human side can be a real plus. Caíque/Kaique, Maiara, Heloisa, and the owner all appear as bright spots, with warm help, local tips, and guidance for Chapada outings. The owner may also help through an agency-style setup for hikes and nearby spots. This is not a polished comfort hostel. The same place that can feel beautiful and welcoming can also feel under-maintained, with recurring problems around cleaning, bedding, mattresses, bathrooms, showers, lighting, dust, and basic room setup. Treat it as a character stay with serious rough edges, not a frictionless base.
