Bababuy Hostel

Lo mejor la ubicación, a 5 min. en taxi. Lo peor fue que la mañana siguiente tanto mi novio como yo teníamos picaduras por todos lados (cuello, brazos, piernas...), por lo que creemos que debía haber pulgas o chinches. Además, las fotos son mucho mejores de lo que el alojamiento es, por lo que el precio es bastante caro para lo que ofrecen.

BEDBUGS!!! If you read the other ratings, there have been there before and they dont do anything about it!

The roof is not sealed so when it rains there are lots of leaks on the top floor. The Wifi is slow and cuts out often. I had quite a lot of flea bites or bedbug bites, either from the cats or the beds, I'm not sure. The rooftop bar area is nice but nobody is ever serving there and there is no vibe.

Love this place. Bed bugs ruined my review for them.

I got bed bugs !!! Be careful /hostal please be aware of this and take appropriate measures! My whole body today having just checked out is covered

The WiFi was terrible, especially at the rooftop. There was a plethora of WiFi networks, two of which properly worked in the first two levels. No space where to place your stuff. There were lockers, on two floors at the end of the hallway, not anything in the dorms. The lockers are tiny, just to keep a few things there. The luggage always goes in the limited space of the dormitory Some members of the staff had an enough level of kindness and professionalism that you expect in hospitality, but it wasn't remarkable either. Specially for the young woman in charge, with whom I checked in, always display a subtly unfriendly and disagreeable attitude and expression, that made me feel quite unwelcome every time she was around, or at least that was my impression Likewise this hostel lacks of some of the professional protocols like many other hostels and hotels do. They would change the beds early in the morning even when you still are trying to sleep, unlike other hostels where that takes place after the checkout. I got several stings in my arms by something worse than mosquitoes (which were abundant in some dormitories), and although I didn't see any, I heard from other guests about bed bugs in the spot. Although well decorated, it didn't have a good vibe and I felt somewhat relieved to leave.

El café que ofrecen no es mu bien preparado, poco concentrado y a veces es del dia anterior. Debido a que a este hostel llegan personas de diferentes paises ofrecer un buen café sería ideal, tanto para dejar una buena impresión del hostel como tambien de esa bebida nacional. Los colchones de las camas se encuentran con chinches, los cuales ocasionan picaduras desagradables.

床垫需要彻底清洁，它有bed bugs，即使我睡在上铺即使我只在这里短暂停留，但是我的脖子和脸被虫子咬了。另外房间不太通风，有异味。

Don't stay here, this hostel has bedbugs. If you look at previous Google reviews you can clearly see that this an ongoing issue that they have not addressed. As well, the upstairs bathroom leaked water all over the floor of our bedroom.

had toilet paper, soap, and no bed bugs. cool property and someone was awake to let us in at 2am so that’s wonderful

Las camas rústicas y en malas condiciones,chinches q pican en la noche por lo que el higiene es mala ,eso además del ruido de otros visitantes que irrumpen con el descanso.Me fué muy mal ,no lo recomiendo.

The only good thing is the friendly staff. loud music from early morning until very late at night even at mid-week. Sheets are dirty. I had to ask for them to turn off the music and change my sheets (which had bed bugs).

Don't stay here, there are bedbugs! Especially in the female only dorm next to the bar. The staff is very friendly though, and the location is great, close to the airport, those are definitely not the issues.
