AB Hostel

During the first night of my stay, I encountered bed bugs in the mattress. After being bitten and discovering the insects, I immediately left the hostel. The management was informed, apologized, and offered a refund. However, I believe it is important to highlight the need for pest control measures to prevent similar situations for other guests.

Dirty, bugs… , first night I slept in a bed with a womit on it, i didn’t see that cause I arrived late at night. My friend got bedbugs on his clothes ! Be careful

No elevators so have to walk up 5 stories. There were bed bugs.

There are bed bugs in the room. I got bitten for 30 times. Plus, the bed bugs hitchhiked back to my home, and I had to go through a pest control treatment to deal with them.

I had a terrible experience here. The bed was infested with bedbugs and I got more than 12 bites all over my body. The place is not hygienic at all and I really cannot recommend staying here. Very disappointed

Unfortunately, they have a bed bug infestation in some of the beds , I was bitten really badly.

Room was infested with bed bugs, it took a while for me to understand but on the second night I saw a big one on a sheet supoosed to be clean for new guest… In the middle of an itchy insane night, I manage to find and kill 3! So just imagine…

It was bed bugs in hostel which bite me and I had res buttons after. It isn’t acceptable, terrible!!! In general hostel in good location, clean. Only 4th floor, but if you without luggage it’s ok.

The shower and toilet were not the cleanest, so was the bedroom. On the next day I found many bed bug bites after staying for one night. Also the hostel is located on the top floor, that could be not the best option for travellers with luggage.

Everything seemed clean enough . I only problem I had was bed bug bites which I felt on the second night I slept at the place. I guess general cleanliness is different from having bed bugs .

l’hôtel est très bien situé, l’endroit est propre. A notre réveil nous fûmes très surpris de retrouver une punaise de lit sur une trousse laissée au sol!!

The place is a total mess, nothing works properly and on the top of that I got bitten by bed bugs. You should disinfect the whole building, but at least the bed on the left in the Marylin room where I slept resulted in the photos. Thankfully I wasn't bitten in the face which would destroy my vacation but on my back which was a liitle more tolerable. More specifically to other aspects of the accommodation. I stayed two nights but on the second day the automatic system on the door didn't work by the password I was given (although there was no problem with the entrance door to the building), I even asked a neighbour to press the password I was given and the door never unlocked. So I had to knock on the door and wake up the other guests in order to enter the room. Just fix it guys, Marylin room. Internet doesn't work in the room and I could only connect -slowly- from the kitchen. I informed the lady at the reception once I arrived and she gave me me another connection which couldn't be found on the wi-fi networks on my phone. So I let it go and tried to connect from Radisson hotel which is a slow connection that keeps getting disconnected, wi-fi was a shame in that hostel. For whatever of the above I wanted to complain, I never found someone at the reception since I was leaving early and returning in the evening while the reception works only specific hours. Moreover the place is quite far from the sightseeings and the nightlife which takes place near the national museum, so one has to use public transport to move, which is very rare at night in order to get back to the hostel. My advice is to stay away from that place. It is dangerous and totally unreliable.

They have bedbugs! I woke up from itching all over my place.

I stayed in a single room and there were bed bugs. The hostel closes the reception at night and after work. So I couldn't even ask to change the room. I tried to complain the next morning, but the reception wasn't open in the morning either. So they didn't do anything to me and they didn't give me a refund. Please don't go to this hostel. I left my pajamas at the hostel. Please don't go to this hostel.

In this hotel, I experienced an absolute nightmare. There were bedbugs in my room that bit me and left me sleepless. Horrible! The management of this hotel must closely monitor the condition of their rooms and take immediate action to prevent such incidents. Otherwise, guests, like me, are faced with a complete lack of hygiene and comfort. I had to not only wash my belongings but also dispose of my bag due to this unacceptable situation. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please be cautious when choosing this establishment. W tym hotelu miałem do czynienia z absolutnym koszmarem. W moim pokoju były pluskwy, które ugryzły mnie i doprowadziły mnie do bezsennych nocy. Koszmar! Zarządzanie tym hotelem musi uważnie monitorować stan swoich pokoi i koniecznie podjąć środki w celu uniknięcia podobnych incydentów. W przeciwnym razie goście, tak jak ja, stają w obliczu braku higieny i komfortu. Musiałem nie tylko prać swoje rzeczy, ale również wyrzucić torbę z powodu tej niedopuszczalnej sytuacji. Nie polecam tego miejsca nikomu. Proszę być ostrożnym, wybierając to miejsce. В этом отеле я столкнулся с абсолютным кошмаром. В моем номере были клопы, которые меня покусали и довели до состояния бессонной ночи. Ужасно! Управление этого отеля должно внимательно следить за состоянием своих номеров и обязательно предпринимать меры, чтобы избежать подобных инцидентов. В противном случае, гости, как и я, сталкиваются с абсолютным отсутствием гигиеничности и комфорта. Не только мои вещи пришлось перестирать, но и сумку пришлось выбросить из-за этой недопустимой ситуации. Не рекомендую это место никому. Пожалуйста, будьте осторожны, выбирая это заведение.

The room was infested with bedbugs. I scratched my body throughout and I have lots of marks on my body already. I didn’t enjoy any night I slept there. I first thought it was mosquitoes or the water until I discovered 2 days to my departure that I have been dealing with bedbugs. Now I have to fumigate my bags and clothes when I get home.
