Capsule hostel Andel Centre SPIRIT

Very unpleasant experience — bed bugs in the room and no refund Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was extremely unpleasant. After checking in, I discovered bed bugs in the capsule.  As soon as I discovered the problem, I contacted the manager and reported it. The manager called a pest control specialist, who confirmed that bed bugs had been found. Because of this situation, I had to leave the hostel urgently and look for another place to stay in the middle of the night. Despite the fact that the presence of bed bugs was confirmed by the pest control specialist, and despite the fact that I had to leave urgently and pay for alternative accommodation, I still have not received a refund for the night I paid for. What is especially disappointing is the way this situation has been handled. The problem was confirmed, the manager was informed, pest control was carried out, yet my refund has still not been processed. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone who values cleanliness, proper hygiene and responsible treatment of guests. I sincerely hope the management will finally take this matter seriously and refund the money for the night I could not stay.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral gelegen (15 min von Altstadt) und hat eine für den Preis gute Ausstattung. Die kapseln sind relativ geräumig und das Design ist sehr ansprechend. Es hat eigentlich immer nach Fuß gerochen und die duschen waren (zumindest bei den Männern) unglaublich schmutzig. Zudem war meine Kapsel bei genauerer Begutachtung sehr dreckig. Unter meinem Bett lag ein benutztes Kondom eine Spritze und Klopapier. Zudem war die Matratze mit schwarzen Punkten voll, was auf Bettwanzen oder Flöhe hinweist. Dieser Verdacht bestätigte sich auch, da ich nach der ersten Nacht am ganzen Körper juckende Pusteln hatte. Wer also als Prag Souvenir Flöhe mitbringen will ist hier genau richtig! :) ich finde das Konzept trotzdem Mega und würde gerne eine gute Bewertung schreiben, hätte ich jetzt keine Flöhe/ Bettwanzen.
