   Nothing. There are frequent fights, loud arguments, people shouting and coming in and out at all hours. The quiet hours are not enforced at all. Drugs are being consumed inside the house. There was also a very serious incident involving a female guest who reported being sexually assaulted/raped in the dorm area. The person accused is an employee of the property. What was particularly concerning is that, despite reportedly being removed for a few days, he was later allowed back onto the property and was even given a private room in exchange for cleaning work. I found the management’s handling of this situation extremely alarming. The management itself appears highly disorganized. Guests can apparently be moved from one bed to another without much explanation and the property does not feel properly supervised. I also personally witnessed extremely inappropriate behavior from someone presented as the owner, Ocean. He appeared intoxicated, came to wake people up very late at night, filmed and photographed guests without their consent and made racist and deeply offensive comments toward Black residents, including repeatedly using the N-word. The bathrooms are consistently dirty. There is only one shower for around 20 people on a floor, meaning you can sometimes wait an hour or more just to shower. There were also reports of theft, and I personally had belongings stolen during my stay. Bring a strong padlock and do not leave valuables unattended. The so-called private rooms also do not feel particularly private because their entrances are located inside the dorm areas, meaning people staying in them constantly have to walk through the dormitory. Overall, I was worried about my safety on a daily basis until I was finally able to leave. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, even if this place appears significantly cheaper than other options. In my opinion, the conditions and management of this property require serious investigation.

   Nothing, horrible place to stay The location I paid for was empty, the place is a SCAM. After arriving to the location and realizing the building was EMPTY, they sent me to another location 15 minutes drive in a whole different neighborhood, it was full of homeless people, the rooms smelled like shit, and the shower didnt work, I had to stay at the sofa, and a stranger decided to stare at me between 1:30AM until 4:30 AM. It was the creepiest and most horrible experience ever
