Le personnel était agréable. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet Hostel. Nous sommes parties car nous avons attrapé des punaises de lit. Nous avons demandé le remboursement de nos deux nuits ce qui a été accepté mais le remboursement de la désinfection de nos affaires a été refusé.

The people who run the hostel are really helpful and in case you have a question or issue, they always help you find solution. The mattresses and the bed sheets were so old that I was really suspicious if there were any bed bugs. Luckily I didn’t have any issues. But if I were them, I would definitely renew the mattresses and the sheets.

location and staff. the staff was very nice and informative at all times. ready to answer my questions about the area and provide information. They were very helpful when I had a problem with bedbugs. I wasn’t sure what it was until I saw one on the bed. There were bedbugs in the Kombi. Got bitten all over. Found one on the bed. they were very nice and changed my rooms but the experience wasn’t nice. I’ve got over 80 bites and spent the whole trip like that. Kitchen wasn’t very clean for example the rags smelled and were old and very dirty.
