BEAT Arts Hostel at Chinatown

There were a lot of bed bugs and l struggled several days with itching and pain

We got BED BUGS bites and probably they got in our bags too. The rooms were small with bunk beds on three levels that move a lot during the night. The reception is open only from 10 am making it hard to interact with the staff. The cleaning lady was shouting at the phone in the early morning. The whole vibe was off

Issues Encountered: No major issues, but the space is quite small.

I found bed bugs in my bed, and they didn't apologize. They tried to move me to a 10-person room when I had paid for a 6-person room.

J’ai vu deux punaises de lit et le personnel ne me croyait pas car pas de photo. Pas de rideau non plus, et on est vraiment les uns sur les autres dans les chambres mixes.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein für 10 Personen, die Rucksäcke und Koffer haben kaum Platz gefunden. Die Betten haben keine Vorhänge und sind sehr laut bei jeder Bewegung. Man hört alles von draußen und es gibt keine Fenster im Zimmer. Die Betten waren voller Flecken und Bettwanzen gab es auch. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich unfreundlich, haben uns aus der Dusche rausgeholt, um zu putzen und unsere Sachen sind im Nassen gelandet. Außerdem wird um 9 Uhr angefangen in den Zimmern sauber zu machen und man hat durchgehend das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter zu stören. Die Küche hat kein Besteck und das Badezimmer ist viel zu schmal, sodass man sich nicht fertig machen konnte ohne, dass man 10 Leuten Platz machen musste. Im Flur hat es von der Decke getropft.
