Very good location. Wifi works well. Staff seemed nice The worst mattress in the history of mattresses. The worst I’ve ever had. It’s rock hard. My body ached every morning. The capsule bed was big enough but the room is quite small so you will hear everything. It is not the hotel’s fault but I was with 3 other girls who were packing/unpacking their bags every night between 11pm and 2am.. and same again in the morning from 6am. Plastic bag sound in my ears for 3 days.. lovely! The washroom was disappointing, a lot of hair on the floor every day, bins full and no paper restocked. Very poor water pressure too (see pictures). It was fine in the shower though. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, rice cooker and toaster, nothing to actually cook a meal. I was expecting a bar with a social vibe (like advertised by the hotel in the pictures) but the bar seemed closed/unattended every night. I was here in the weekend during peak season so I thought that was a bit odd. It is definitely more a hotel atmosphere than a hostel. There is no vibe. I do not enjoy leaving a bad review but I paid around 40€ per night (6,696¥ per night) so I was expecting a bit better for the price! Definitely not good value for money.

一樓的交誼廳很乾淨，位子多

距離京城上野有一小段距離，但已經是最好的價位跟地點了，附近有全家。早餐很不錯！共用的浴室設計很方便，也有卸妝、保養用品可以使用。工作人員很友善。

離上野車站近，沿途上有便利商店可以買東西回飯店至一樓食用，一樓交誼廳24小時皆有人在，不用擔心晚班機難辦理入住，且一樓交誼廳有小型廚房可使用，沒有瓦斯爐，有微波爐和烤箱。房間內乾淨且有專門放置大型裡地方，廁所浴室皆備品充足，應有盡有，不過要記得攜帶毛巾和牙刷，也可至櫃台購買。

有一次出房門忘記帶房卡鑰匙，身上什麼都沒有，用不太好的英文請櫃檯人員幫忙，也非常熱心幫助我！
