The volunteers were very friendly and welcoming at 11:30pm at night, speaking English which made the experience very smooth. However, found a single bed bug, I think, on the bed I was allocated to, so I requested to change beds. The volunteer on shift was extremely empathetic and said I could change beds and rooms. The next day I checked out and left and got 110 reais back (booked for 3 nights for around 160reais), quite reasonable. I hope the bed bugs are being cleaned with care.

Quase tudo, infelizmente. A única área compartilhada, com as redes, estava com um fedor insuportável de esgoto nos 3 dias que estivemos lá. A roupa de cama não parecia ser limpa e tivemos que sair uma noite antes porque na minha cama tinha percevejos que me atacaram. Contei a um funcionário e ele reagiu com a maior normalidade do mundo.
