    Bed bugs in our room!! A guy told us he’d reported them but staff asked him not to tell us as we had just checked out - very unprofessional and unhygienic, as this risks spreading them. The person whose bed had them wasn’t told either. You must put your own sheets on, so we’re not confident beds are properly cleaned. No A/C, and people from other rooms walked in/out of our room a lot. A lot of long-stayers so quite cliquey. This said, kitchen, bathrooms, free breakfast and location were v good.
