Coworking bem tranquilo Não tem ja elas, ou seja, não entra luz… é meio desesperador se vai ficar mais tempo (como eu, que fiquei a semana toda trabalhando). Fui picada por pulgas/bedbugs!!!

Bed bugs! I am covered in bites all over my entire body and now I have to treat all my luggage. If it hadn't been for that I would have given this hostel a 6/10 for the value, but an infestation completely negates any positives I could have spoken of. Not worth the discount. I had a cool roommate that I will keep in touch with, but I can't give the hostel credit for that.

Location is great, facilities are good and beds were comfortable. Staff were very good and prompt when I had problems with codes. It’s not terribly clean. I’ve come up in bed bug bites since I’ve left and I saw at least one cockroach. Showers are not the cleanest and facilities are cramped. Staff initially sent me wrong codes to get on, though this was quickly rectified.

Rien ATTENTION - INFESTATION DE PUNAISES DE LIT Clairement cet établissement a une infestation de punaises de lit. Booking est au courant mais apparement ils ont rien à foutre car j'ai vu la chambre où je me suis hébergée mis à disposition deux jours après que je suis parti. Je ne suis resté qu'une seule nuit, malgré ma réservation de 5 nuits. Je me suis fait rembourser la totalité de mon paiement, mais ça n'a pas réglé le problème car j'ai dû chercher une chambre dernière minute qui m'a coûté plus chère. Ni booking ni l'établissement ont voulu régler le problème en me remboursant la différence du prix (plus la gène occasionnée, j'ai perdu une journée entière à régler ce problème). Ce qui est le plus grave c'est que tous les deux Booking et l'établissement sont au courant de l'infestation de punaise de lit qu'il y a dans cette établissement depuis longtemps, car je ne suis pas le premier à le signaler.

It’s complicated to get in touch with the staff. Unfortunately, I had a bad night as I have been bitten by bed bugs and my whole back was itchy - therefore I was not able to rest.

La ubicación La poca higiene amanecí con picaduras de chinches por referencia médica, no se respeta el uso indicado de las zonas comunes, gente comiendo en la zona de trabajo etc. No debéis juntar en la misma habitación gente que estamos de paso con gente que lleva viviendo allí.

I loved the location. It’s very central. I like how there’s a well-equipped kitchen. The bathrooms. There’s only one toilet that’s reserved exclusively for women, and at night, I would see guys using it as well. So that was very inconvenient. I also found a bedbug on my bed, which was very alarming, but I have let the hostel administration know ans hopefully they will deal with the issue.

La ubicación No estaba limpio y nadie para explicar como funcionan las cosas en el hostel. En mi habitación habia bedbugs y por lo que hablé con un inquilino ya hace tiempo que saben que los tienen y no habian fumigado

It's central! The room was super small and sticky. I also woke up with bites all over my body, it could've been bed bugs. The bathroom was full of mould. I was disappointed by it.

Had to find another hotel because our bedroom was infested with bed bugs. The management refuse to refund our reservation.

The location is in the central. There are some unpleasant things happened. 1. I was staying in a 4 women room. One time my roommate put her luggage in the common aera, where some people put their luggage too. After couple of hours later, her luggage was opened, and she lost her stuff and a jacekt. In the same day, I put my washing bag on the shelf near washroom, where I always put, was stolen. I don´t know who will steal these stuff? horrible! I reported these to someone that I can reach, he said he will report to the manager, there is a camera in the common room. but until now I haven´t receive any feedback. 2. I stayed four nights there, but the last day, I have a rash on my leg and my finger, and it is very itchy. I thought it maybe a mosquito, but in Madrid is minus 1 degree, I suspect it might be bedbugs. I went to the pharmacy and they also told me might be some insects they don`t know. Now it has been 5 days, there are still some rash. I don´t what is this and it is never happened to me. I highly doubt the safety and cleanliness of the bed. I will recommend to stay there.

Nothing! I didn't even stay here! apparently there are bed bugs! BED BUGS! Unresponsive staff.

el personal y la ubicacion camas con pulgas o bedbugs, despues de mi hostaida volvi a casa y me las traje conmigo, me toco fumigar toda la cas ay toda mi ropa, no entiendo como esperan quitarse ese problema si solo fumigan los cuartos, deben cerrar el hostal por lo menos dos dias fumigar y ahi si reabrir.

Such a great spot! It has a roomy, cozy café-style area, a place to work on your laptop, a separate kitchen, and even a shower. Super convenient, especially if you’re traveling solo. Unfortunately, some mattresses had bugs. Even after requesting new bed sheets, my son was bitten multiple times by what seemed to be bedbugs. There was no effective staff on-site to solve the problem, and although I received polite replies later, no real action was taken and the promised refund was never provided.

No vale la pena El lugar está lleno de chinches. No lo recomiendo.

DON'T BOOK THIS. The hostel has serious BED BUG issues and is renting out their rooms regardless. We flagged it after the first night and we didn't get any help.

La ubicación Las habitaciones compartidas son muy pequeñas, las camas no tienen privacidad. Además las sábanas con fuerte olor a perfume. Amanecimos con ronchas en el cuerpo, chinches? Muchas habitaciones para pocos baños

The location is in the centre of Madrid, working area is good if you have to work and kitchen has everything you need. My stay at this hostel in general was unfortunately very disappointing. After three days, we were forced to leave the room for a disinfection without any prior notice. Shortly afterward, a roommate found traces of bedbugs in her bed, and I also discovered bedbugs on mine. When I reported this to the hostel, I was only offered to switch to another bed in the same room, which was also affected, despite a double room still being available. Additionally, I wasn't allowed to use the washing machine to clean my clothes after discovering the bedbugs. Communication was exclusively through WhatsApp, and they were not understanding at all. As the situation became unbearable and I didn't want to sleep in a bed with bugs I had to leave the hostel. The promised refund for the remaining days was never issued, and my attempts to contact them were ignored. Absolutely not recommended!
