Mercure Gold Hotel Jumeirah Dubai by Accor

Mercure Gold Dubai was a terrible experience. I found bed bugs in the bed and got bites everywhere. The hotel is very dirty, the manager was rude and unhelpful, and even at 4:30 PM my room was still not ready for check-in. I’ll never stay here again.

Ease of access, room size is great and cleaning staff are great and polite. The music of the club downstairs is way too loud. It took them almost an hour to check me in. I found a bed bug and asked them to change the room which they did

The room was great, and the service was excellent. And the price is understandable. There were many bed bugs. And no hot water in the shower.

I had a bad experience… in the room there is a lot of mosquitoes and bed bug… after the hotel i went hospital and i took medicine 🤦🏻‍♂️
