YMCA @ One Orchard

We stayed here twice, first time on 8th floor and room was ok. On returning we stayed in room 618 which was more dsted with old brown carpet tiles. On the second night I left a mug with remains of baileys liqour in it over night on my bedside table and woke up in the middle of the night to see up to a hundred tiny mites stuck to the inside of the mug and making their way around the side table. This freaked me out and after washing everything down I couldn't get back to sleep afterwards and had to lie with the pillow at the other end of the bed. In the morning I reported this to the reception staff who didnt seem bothered. Just hope they fumigate the room and hope I havent brought bed bugs back with us in the suitcases. Wont be staying there again. This is the first time i have seen mites in a hotel room and hope it will be my last!!

Dirty bed linen. Bed bugs. Cockroaches and ants on table

It's fine that the room was old and didn't match the photos presented via my booking, but you shouldn't have bed bugs in a hotel room for once. People wrote about it before, so this should be taken seriously as it relates to very basic living conditions

The room had bedbugs and ants. I had to change three rooms and the problem persisted.

Tuvimos que cambiar de cuarto por que una noche nos picaron chinches de cama/ pulgas. Si bien nos costó una discusión, nos reintegraron esa noche. Nunca había tenido esa experiencia.

Am Pool waren zu wenig Liegen. Insgesamt könnte der Bereich schöner gestaltet werden, zumal der Pool ein kleines Highlight ist. Leider wurde mein Freund von Bettwanzen gebissen. Ich hatte keine Probleme. Hier und da mal ein bisschen Schimmel, bleibt aber in Ländern mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht aus.
