Marka Hotel

Das Personal und die Lage Eigentlich war alles ok. Bis auf Bettwanzen. Wir wurden zerbissen die letzten 3 Nächte. Bettlaken hatten Blutspuren und das Reinigungspersonal hat 3 Tage in Folge gewechselt, aber kam nicht auf die Idee das es von Bettwanzen kam. Da ich noch nie welche gesehen habe und von der Existenz wusste, wurde ich auch nicht misstrauisch. Erst als ich nachts welche gesehen hab, wusste ich es . Das Zimmer wurde unverzüglich getauscht und der Schädlingbekämpfer bestellt. Das Personal hat perfekt reagiert. Danke dafür 🙏 Dennoch war es sehr unangenehm und obwohl ich mehrfach in diesem Hotel war würde ich deswegen nicht wiederkommen. Schade

The location was just infront of Mark antalya literally just a 2 min walk. The beds were covered in bed bugs! Our booking was made for multiple rooms and each room had a bug issue resulting in multiple bites and extreme itching so we all got bitten. It was one of the worst hotels ever. There is no proper bathing or showering facility just a wet room with a shower head positioned over the toilet. The toilet didn't work and stunk of sewage. My kids were put off using the bathroom as they saw lines of ants everywhere. The hotel was noisy through the night with people shouting and doors slamming and the hotel staff thought a good way to combat this was to go on to each floor at 7pm and particularly into one of our rooms where 2 children were playing on their ipads and shout at them to be quiet and to shhh. I assume this wasn't an isolated case as the same rude staff member was heard telling another guest in the hallway in a confrontational manner "what's your problem?" If staff are not capable of basic good customer service they should not be front of house and more so should definitely not be entering people's rooms to scare and frighten young children.
