Surfers and van travelers get the clearest use case here. It is strongest if you want cheap beach access, a place to park or sleep, bathrooms/showers, water fill, laundry help, cold drinks, and food nearby. It sits close to beginner/intermediate surf, and the overall feel is low-key rather than polished. Do not expect boutique-hostel coddling. The useful version of this place is budget, beach, boards, beer, and practical facilities; the annoying version is weak Wi-Fi at the vehicle, low branches, limited shade, and a layout that may not love tall rigs.
