La limpieza escasa....la puerta del baño no cerraba y daba al exterior...había un montón de hormigas y bichos dentro del baño y habitación....nos picaron chinches...necesita mejorar el mantenimiento

Although rooms are regularly cleaned, i got some bed bugs, an itchy experience. Maybe some people was eating in the room beforehand.
