1 thing: Important turn over of the staff, the only one staying are the managers (Kim & Daniel). They're looking kind at the first view but if you're staying for a long term, they start to be arrogant, hypocritical and awful. With my friend, we stoped a start of fire, a flood, a fight (staff and client) 2 things all is dirty (bugs in the kitchen...) ; bedbugs in the bedroom... 3 things : 2 fire alarms per week ( at 6am) 4 things : fridges are full and dirty (actually like all the hostel…) I didn't have enough character but there is much more to say... —> RUN AWAY

Not clean, got bed bugs after my stay here

I'd rate this backpackers from someone that has travelled and even stay in bed bugged venues, this place is clean, welcoming, and friendly, for a city venue also not overly noisey. I'd suggest a 6 dorm as this is a comfortable amount of people to share with and the pruce difference is not that much a d worth it.

A pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and nice staff always willing to help, normal price-benefit ratio, terrible cleaning, no space in the refrigerators, much of the food that was stored in the scallops disappeared, they have pests such as cockroaches and bedbugs that apparently do not They control, the cleaning staff emulate that they do their job but there are no cleaning results in the end, especially in the bathrooms. Please don’t stay here, we had stayed in there for one night and it was a disaster!! Bedbugs and mites infested, my partner is still trying to recover from the mites. It was very creepy, the bathrooms are dirty and small, and looked like something out of a horror movie!! The building itself is creepy and we felt unsafe the whole time, it had a really bad vibe about the whole place.

Rooms are infested with bedbugs an the staff are fully aware of the situation. If the staff are hungry they will steal your food. Big drug problem within that building also

Bed bugs!!!

Très mauvaise expérience pour ma part ! Je me suis retrouvée infestée de bedbugs, et donc de boutons partout, et de cicatrices à force de gratter. Cela fait des réactions assez impressionnante sur moi... Cette auberge m'a défigurer à vie ! La solution pour le manager était que je partes, vu qu'il ne voulais pas infester d'autres chambres ! Sauf que, si je suis ici c'est que je ne peux pas faire autrement. Je paye un service, j'estime qu'il soit rendu ou de trouver une solution en cas de problèmes Et le comble c'est que j'ai attrapé ceci ici ! Service client 0 ! Ils ne veulent pas nettoyer la chambre. J'ai appris que les couvres lits sont laver très rarement ! De plus la wifi ne marche pas, la cuisine n'est pas équipée, et la laverie ne lave rien ! Le cleanner ne fait que le stric minimum ! Maintenant je n'ai que mes yeux pour pleurer et des cicatrices à vie et à moi de me débrouiller pour m'en débarrasser ! Merci Sydney Backpaker !!
